GREENWICH

STREET

Located in a historic Tribeca building conversion, this downtown apartment serves as a vibrant city base for a couple with deep ties to New York, who divide their time between the city, the West Coast, and the Hamptons. Passionate collectors, they have assembled an intimate collection of contemporary art with a particular focus on works by BIPOC artists. The couple is deeply involved with the cultural and philanthropic ecosystems in the communities they call home.

The interiors were conceived as an energetic and expressive backdrop for the collection. Rich in color, texture, and personality, the apartment celebrates the clients’ bold sensibility and the vibrancy of the artwork itself. Sculptural lighting, custom millwork, and a thoughtful mix of vintage and contemporary furnishings create a layered environment where art, design, and architecture exist in lively conversation.

The result is a home that feels spirited, sophisticated, and deeply personal—an inviting setting for living with art and a reflection of the clients’ curiosity, generosity, and enduring connection to New York.
